1. About Keyzeofficial.com
- Keyzeofficial.com is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

2. Ordering
- Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address containing details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address.
- If there are any errors in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at info@keyzeofficial.com.
3. Delivery
- Our delivery times are 2-5 business days for domestic shipping and 1-2 weeks for international shipping. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.
- If there are any delays in delivery without notification of a longer delivery time, please contact us on Instagram @keyzeofficial.
- When you place an order, the package must first be packed and prepared for shipping. This can take 1-3 days depending on the volume of orders.
4. Prices
- All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, or inaccuracies in the pricing information.
5. Right of Withdrawal
- When purchasing goods from our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you receive the item.
- The withdrawal period starts from the moment you pick up your package.
5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
- Notify us of your withdrawal by sending an email to info@keyzeofficial.com as soon as possible, including your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return applies to.
- Return the products immediately, no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification. You are responsible for the return shipping and the condition of the products, which should be well-packaged and in their original packaging (unopened).
- For refunds, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product if it is used or damaged.
5.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.
- Packages not collected from the postal agent. Unclaimed packages returned to us automatically are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

- We inspect all products before they are shipped. If a product is still damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake to remedy the defect in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
- Always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
- Complaints should be made immediately after the defect is discovered.

- We accept no liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
- We do not accept responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control, such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or failed deliveries from suppliers.
- Furthermore, we do not accept responsibility for any changes to products or product characteristics made by the respective supplier.

- We reserve the right to correct any errors on this website and to sell out products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately depict the products' exact appearance, as slight color variations may occur depending on the screen and photo quality.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER WITH TRACK & TRACE?
Yes, once we hand over your order to the carrier, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code.
Please note that the carrier needs to process the order first. You should be able to track your order starting the next business day after the carrier receives it. If the Track & Trace code still doesn’t work, please try again the following business day
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Still can't find the confirmation? Send us an email at info@keyzeofficial.com from the email address you used when placing your order. We'll help you track it down, and ensure you receive your order confirmation.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
- Notify us of your return by emailing info@keyzeofficial.com. Include your name, address, email address, order number, and which products you wish to return.
- You will receive a return ticket via email. Use this ticket to send the products back to us within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. Ensure they are well-packaged and in their original packaging (unopened).
